:OTOH, bending backwards to support FreeBSD ports structure is going a bit :against logic in my opinion. : :Besides, we are tripping a lot more issues recently than just these simple :matters. We _do_ need to move to our own system slowly by now. : :Yes, if we keep going under the FreeBSD banner with ports we build on a ton :more ports, but OTOH, fixes for DF will almost never truly tested if we rip :the FreeBSD name out and get stuff filtered upstream. : :-- :Jeroen Ruigrok van der Werven <asmodai(at)wxs.nl> / asmodai / kita no mono Yes, I agree, but I don't want to just break ports that were working before for no good reason. Since any new code should use the long-form of the option instead of the short form, I think we can safely make -b be compatible with the old patch's -b. -Matt
