More info: loader will not recognize anything past logical
partition 6 (and mis-numbers it as 7).
When I deleted enough partitions to bring my DFly partition
down to number 6 the loader recognized it and I could load
the kernel from the extended partition. Exciting!
It still won't boot properly because loader is confused by
its own misnumbering of the partitions. Once that bug is
fixed I think it will all just work.
