I fix one issue with the keyboard, related to unplugging and replugging
in a USB keyboard while running X. This could have some relationship
to KVM switches when used with USB keyboards.
But this was NOT the issue that was causing people's standard non-USB
keyboards to drop out. That issue is still open.
I haven't had any luck tracking down the second issue yet. We need
to better narrow-down the kernel revs displaying the problem vs not
to pare down the diff set.
