eventlib.h ?

eventlib.h is part of libisc (bind) but it is not mentioned
in /usr/src/lib/libisc/Makefile and does not get installed
in /usr/include/isc/.

Is this an oversight or by intention?  I ask because the
libassuan port is looking for it.
