Re: make upgrade overwrites /etc/mail/mailer.conf

:wich is a file admins modify if they run any other MTA than sendmail.

    This needs a slightly smarter install for certain files... a kinda of
    'install if this does not already exist' target.  

    Would someone care to submit a patch to do it?
