    Perhaps the Browser issue is the same one that is causing Peter's IPV4 
    connection problems.  I'm tracking down a minor caching issue with NFs
    right now, after that I'll try to track down the IPV4 issue that Peter 
    posted about (but it may be up to Jeff to find that one).
