SOLVED, FALSE ALERT: panic while starting xorg

I'm sorry but I guess it was my fault, rebuilding nvidia-driver helped.

It worked correctly ever I was upgrading by world/kernel in the past,
even I wasn't rebuilding the driver with them. Anyway I'm sorry.
