tmpfs failed an fsx run; the tmpfs volume was size-limited to 256MB; the VM had
512MB of RAM and 512MB of swap; systat -vm was watched during the fsx run, there
were plenty of free pages. There is no information or warnings in dmesg about
swap_pager failures.
