  - Remove sys/stat.h, sys/signal.h, varargs.h and ctype.h
  - Issue the correct amount of space for hostname
  - Use strtol to parse integers
  - We want to use signal.h, not sys/signal.h
  - Use STDIN_FILENO over '0'. More informative.
