top: Remove WCPU, implement CTIME.
* WCPU is a quite useless value for a long time,
thus it has been replaced with
* CTIME, which presents the same value as 'ps -S'
does for the CPU value. This is the process's own
cpu time plus the cpu time of it's exited child
processes
