    kernel - Cleanup, add assertions in the vnode freeing path
    
    * Remove debug kprintf: "Warning ncp ... deadlock avoided".
    
    * Add assertions on the vnode flag state when adding and removing
      from the freelist, or when dtor() is called by the backing store.
