kernel - TMPFS - Parse tmpfs_args from mount()
* Parse tmpfs_args from mount() to set max size and inodes.
* Allow a fixed percentage of memory + swap to be used, do not attempt
to calculate actual free memory + swap (because its impossible to do
correctly).
