We need to remove the condition of _POSIX_THREAD_PROCESS_SHARED for the pshared prototypes. Otherwise, programs have to include unistd.h (to get the definition of _POSIX_THREAD_PROCESS_SHARED) before pthread.h. This is not the way to do things. This fixes at least kde4, and I'm sure there's others.
