git: pthread - adjust visibility to 'default'

    pthread - adjust visibility to 'default'
    
     * This fixes pkgsrc build issues that think the symbols are hidden.
    
     * It's not the most elegant solution, and it would be nicer if this
       could somehow be merged into BEGIN_DECLS/END_DECLS, but I couldn't
       find a way to do that.
