    lgue(4): Fix an issue and do some cleanup.
    
    In lgue_getmtu(), ced->wMaxSegmentSize was being referenced with ced
    being either uninitialized or NULL.
    
    While here, remove an unused variable and remove an extra 0 in the
    USB_DEVICE().
