    Further shared memory adjustments to be in line with POSIX.
    
    * shmat()'s and shmdt()'s addr argument shall be const.
    
    * Make struct shmid_ds's shm_nattch unsigned and define the shmatt_t
      type for it.
    
    * More manual page adjustments.
