Anyone got any objections or comments? I like it. One idea about the implementation though. This is the sort of thing (collision detection) that a wiki *would* be good for. If I'm working on cleaning up foo, I can check the wiki for foo first; if it's not there, I can put it on with my name; and when I've committed it, take it off - all without annoying anyone with a coordination email which is probably not necessary 90% of the time. -Chris
