last time I tried with bochs I got a panic as soon as it tried to use
floating point. Others have reported this as well, see
http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/mailarchive/bugs/2004-07/msg00202.html.
You could download an evaluation copy of VMWare at
http://www.vmware.com, under which it runs without problems.
