Seems to work well in 32bit mode :)
The only odd bit I've found is -
NVRM: AGP cannot be enabled on this combination of the AMD CPU and OS kernel
NVRM: kernel upgrade recommended.
I couldn't google-up anything on this BTW :)
Looks like the message is coming from the binary part of the driver -
# strings ./NVIDIA-FreeBSD-x86-1.0-6113/src/nv-kernel.o | grep combination
NVRM: AGP cannot be enabled on this combination of the AMD CPU and OS kernel
