Hi,
I suggest you have a look at the projects that are currently
available[1][2][3] and pick a few that might be of interest to you. Once
you have short-listed some, it might be easier to discuss your ideas
with us.
From the GSoC page some of the projects are being worked on this summer,
but most of them were not taken.
