net/pppoa port override

Hello,

I've patched net/pppoa port for DragonFly.
Changes include difference in header files (dev/usb/usb.h on FreeBSD
and bus/usb/usb.h on DragonFly) and add #if defined (__DragonFly__) to
the current sources.

The overriden port is here:
