Just a small update. Things work fine for me if I set hw.acpi.cpu.cx_lowest
to C2 instead of C3, which was my default before.
So with hw.acpi.cpu.cx_lowest=C2 I can load the firmare and configure the
device without problems even without loading anything ndis-related before.
