Hello, here's a BSD licensed replacement for the patch command (taken from OpenBSD): http://yoyodyne.ath.cx/tmp/patch.tar.gz http://yoyodyne.ath.cx/tmp/patch.patch The tarball contains the usr.bin/patch directory and the patch contains the necessary changes in our system. There are some minor differences to GNU patch, though: 1) The -b option has been replaced by -z. 2) The -I option no longer exists. It's the default behavior now to take the file name from the "Index:" line if there is one. Speed is about the same. If there are problems, let me know. Stay tuned, Sascha -- http://yoyodyne.ath.cx
