libutil is outdated (patch)

Hey there folks..

I was looking at the latest commit to df(1) on FreeBSD and found out that
they implement a function to is lacking in our own libutil, namely
humanize_number(3). I also saw that they split the trimdomain(3) function
from logwtmp.c into a seperate file which is a good thing IMHO.. Here is a
patch:
