The new \rlvl command allows a player to remove 1 level in the guild/school
of their choice. The player must enter the guild they wish to remove the
level in, type \rlvl and hit enter. Their level in that guild will be reduced
by one as well as their character level will be reduced by one.
Note that you will NOT receive any of the gold or experience back that was
required to gain that level the first time, you must gain this gold and
experience again.

簡單的說，在你學過的學校裡輸入/rlvl指令就可以降一級
EX:LV1-> 0 ,school of power 1 -> 0
但這麼做，你不會取回任何經驗值或者金錢
