exp 的指令可以執行後，請用 exp help=y 看一下使用方法。
一般小弟使用步驟如下(笨方法)：
1. Create Schema on Targe Database.
2. exp userid=system/ppp@db1 file=xxx.dmp user=(schema1,schema2) indexes=y feedback=10000
3. copy xx.dmp to target database via FTP
4. imp userid=system/ppp@db2 file=xxx.dmp full=y ignore=y
