Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher has hit out at rumors she is suffering
from an eating disorder, insisting she lives a very healthy lifestyle.
The svelte actress has sparked speculation about her health recently after a
series of photographs appeared to show the 40-year-old looking slimmer than
normal. She fumes, "To think that I would need to stop eating and be anorexic
and sick to get a job in the wrong message to send to girls and women in our
society and that really bugs me. I am all about health and to me size is not
what defines your health. It never crossed my mind that if I thinner,
I would get more jobs."
