[閒聊] 一些抄下來覺得很棒的話

花了七天把最後一季看完了
雖然過程很多很扯亂七八糟的 但還是看到哭了
最後Wonderful Wonderful害我哭得亂七八糟

想分享的是這部影集裡的ㄧ些旁白結論常常覺得很有感觸
(這些是我很久以前看的時後抄下來的)

We all have moments of desperation.

If we can face them head-on,

我們都有過絕望的時候

但當我們勇於面對這些並繼續前進

我們就會發現自己是多麼堅強

信任真是一件脆弱的東西

一旦贏得了 會提供給我們巨大的空間

而一旦失去了

就不可能再恢復了


human beings are designed for many things,

but loneliness isn't one of them.


人類天生就能應對很多事情

但孤獨卻是例外


cameras are simple tools designed to capture images--

images that tell us more about ourselves than we realized.

They remind us of the ling journey we've taken,

the loved ones who traveled alongside us.

those we lost along the way...

and those waiting for us on the road ahead.

照相機是用來拍攝紀錄的---

那些照片能告訴我們很多

他們能讓我們想起曾經一起走過的路，

想起陪伴在身邊的至愛之人，

想起同行中離我們而去的人...

還有那些在前方等待我們的人


illness can take on many forms

those of the body are easy to treat,

much more difficult are the hidden maladies festering in our hearts


疾病有很多種表現方式

身體上的容易治癒

困難的是隱藏在內心深處的傷痛


There is much to be afraid of in this world,

but what we fear has nothing to do with gruesome masks

or plastic spiders or lifelike monsters.

No, it's the thoughts in our head that terrify us the most...

What if she comes to regret her decision?

What if he really is unhappy?

What if the chance for love has passed forever?

How do we conquer these terrifying thoughts?

We start by reminding ourselveswhat does not kill us...

just makes us stronger.

這個世界上 讓你害怕的東西太多了
  但我們恐懼的不是可怕的面具
  塑膠蜘蛛 或者逼真的妖怪塑像
  不 而是我們自己頭腦中的想法...

  萬一她後悔曾經這樣的選擇
  萬一其實他並不開心
  萬一真愛永遠錯過

  我們該如何征服這些可怕的想法?
  我們只能提醒自己 那些美好的事...
  才能讓自己堅強


there are so many rules in this word.
that's why we must start learning them while we are still children
we are told very clearly

"don't say bad words"
"you're not allowed to cheat on test"
"it's not nice to lie to your friends"
"you shouldn't covet who isn't yours"
"and you shouldn't betray a man who is"

so we grow up, and still we break the rules...

  我們被明確告知
  ''不要說髒話'' ''不能作弊''
  ''對朋友說謊是不對的'' ''不要貪戀不屬於你的人''
  ''也不能背叛屬於你的人''
  我們長大之後 仍然在破壞這些規則..」


「在我們最低潮的日子裡 我們需要願意傾聽的人
一些友善而專業的人
有人則需要那些年長的智者
而有的人則找那些了解他們處境的人

但對大多數人而言
什麼也比不上跟老友們開懷暢談更解心結」

In our darkest moments, we all need someone who would listen.
Some turn to friendly professionals.
A few relying those who older and wiser.
Others seek out someone who knows what they are going trough,
but for most of us, nothing is quite so therapeutic as a good long talk with
a few old friends.
