抱歉前面表達的不清楚，我指的就是說一張光碟內提供了新舊世代兩種音效，
例如同時有Dolby Digital和Dolby TureHD可供選擇。
以你接觸的影片來說，單純只有收錄新世代音效的光碟是否並不多？
畢竟在一般家庭的客廳擺5.1CH喇叭，空間考量上我認為已經算不錯了。
另外我看到還有Dolby Digital Live這個技術，原文敘述如下：
Real-time encoding technology that brings surround sound to interactive
audio, such as video gaming and PCs. This technology converts any
multichannel audio signal to the Dolby Digital format and provides one-cable
connectivity between a PC and home theater systems. Found in: PCs and
laptops; game consoles.
我在想HTPC上有沒有可能利用撥放軟體將Dolby TureHD downmix into
Dolby Digital，我能搜尋到相關討論的並不多。
DTS也有類似的DTS Connect，但是好像只能從2CH upmix DTS5.1。
