Fix: Various changes to CPU and GPU scheduling and work-fetch.
Fix: Updated Translations
Fix: Properly shutdown BOINC Screensaver on certain types on machines. We
don't know what the exact trigger was but it seemed to affect .5% of people
using the screensaver. (Windows Only)
Fix: Properly shutdown BOINC when Windows is shutdown. (Windows Only)
Fix: Do not crash the BOINC Manager when images are included in notices.
(Windows Only)
