Torchwood star John Barrowman is reportedly going to take some time from his
very busy schedule of just sort of being John Barrowman to appear in The CW's
Green Arrow show. Specifically, his recurring role will be a "well-dressed man
[who is] as mysterious as he is wealthy... he is an acquaintance of the Queen
family and a prominent figure in Starling City." That first part feels like it
could describe pretty much any John Barrowman character — seriously, can you
imagine him not being well-dressed and mysterious? — but there's some
speculation this description might refer to the Green Arrow comics character
and wealthy philanthropist Stanley Dover, Sr.
