ANNOUNCING THE 2006 EILEEN J. GARRETT SCHOLARSHIP WINNER!
Taiwanese post-graduate student Yung-Jong Shiah
was awarded the 2006 Eileen J. Garrett Scholarship
on August 1st, 2006. Shiah is a member of the
Koestler Parapsychology Unit in the Department of
Psychology at the University of Edinburgh in
Scotland. His research has centered on ESP and the
phenomena known as "finger-reading." For more
