這邊跟我的印象不太一樣，所以我去查了NFL.com 的規則
A forward pass is complete when a receiver clearly possesses the pass
and touches the ground with both feet inbounds while in possession of
the ball.
If a receiver would have landed inbounds with both feet but is carried
or pushed out of bounds while maintaining possession of the ball, pass
is complete at the out-of-bounds spot.
原文敘述剛好講反了，NFL 也就是職業美式足球，接球員在邊線接球時，在持有球權
的同時，雙腳必須踩於界內，方為一成功傳球，而NCAA只要第一腳踩在界內即可。

If a forward pass is caught at the sideline it is only complete (or
intercepted) if the receiver catches the ball in bounds. In the NFL the
receiver must touch the ground with both feet within bounds after catching
the ball to be in bounds. In the NCAA the receiver only needs to touch the
ground with one foot within bounds after catching the ball. The CFL rule
is similar to the NCAA's - the pass will be ruled complete if caught by a
receiver in mid-air, as long as he touches the ground in bounds with his
first step.
如果沒記錯的話，年初的超級盃，Matt Hasselbeck 長傳給在Red Zone內的Darrell
Jackson ，但Jackson 接球時有一腳已在線外，所以是個不成功的傳球。﹙題外話，
當時有一篇國內報導批評老資歷的Jackson 竟然沒注意到自己的雙腳是否在界内。但
我個人不怎麼同意這個評論就是…﹚但肯定的是，在NFL 接球的同時，雙腳必須都在
界內，才算是complete pass 。
: 因此當接球員跑到邊線跳起來接到球，因為慣性向界外倒去，
: 第一步踏在界內，第二步踏在界外，在大學球賽中算是incomplete，
: 在職業賽中中則是有效的推進，只是接球員不能再向前進，
