you could set UTF-8 as the default encoding (File, Encoding, Default), this
will load ASCII files - but also new and zero-byte files - in UTF-8 mode.
他話是這樣說沒錯，可是我已經設了，下面這個檔案還是照樣用 ANSI 開始 ><
