DZAGOEV: MY DREAM CAME TRUE
The match against Alaniya in Vladikavkaz was special for CSKA youngster Alan
Dzagoev, because he dreamt of playing at Spartak stadium since his childhood.
"My dream has finally come true, as I scored a goal", the 19-year-old player
shares his feelings with Sport Express. "But I liked more the public’s warm
welcome".
"When we scored the first goal, it became easier to play. We had been waiting
for a chance and it came at the end of the half. CSKA didn’t create any
special scoring opportunities, and our current form leaves much to be
desired".
"I was not eager to score in Vladikavkaz, because I needed this goal to
regain my self-confidence after an injury".
"I am glad that Alaniya plays in Premier League again. They need to establish
in the group of strongest clubs in the first half of the season, while their
players will help them. I am acquainted with many young players from
Vladikavkaz and I am sure that only home products will defend Alaniya’s
colours in one or two years".
