應該是使用調整菲利浦曲線(adjusted phillips curve)
該模型說明：
當失業率為自然失業率的時候
代表物價變動率為0
^^^^^^^^^^
那物價變動率為0，則通膨率不變(假設其他條件不變之下)
所以答案應該是A

計算規模報酬是在勞動與資本"皆"增加固定比例後才能計算
這邊只說增加資本
資本投入增加，產出也增加
但勞動沒變
所以每人(每位勞工)的產出增加了
