樹狀圖原則上就是每一層只有一間公司會做決策，
有先後之分。
老實說我看不大懂題目。
看起來是只有GC可以決定要play tough or soft，
但如果GC自己都不生產新產品，
那怎麼會要決定它的價格？
另外題目也沒提到是兩間廠商是否決定生產此決策是否有先後。
什麼都不管硬要畫也是可以。
第一層就是GC play tough or soft、
第二層GC introduce a new product or not、
第三層Big Q introduce a new product or not。

應該是backward induction吧。
前面提到「樹狀圖原則上就是每一層只有一間公司會做決策」，
所以先從第三層開始往回推。
在這邊Big C面對GC的策略一共有4種狀況要面對，
而Big C各有兩個回應策略。
依照題目所給的公司報酬選出較高者即為Big C之best response。
此時只要看Big C本身的報酬即可，
因為它只要自己利益最大、不會管GC賺多少。
這時就會淘汰掉4個可能了。
再回到第二層，
這代表不管GC怎麼做、Big C一定會做出以下決策，
所以這時考慮的是GC自己的報酬。
以此類推第一層，
最後就會有一個答案出來。

backward induction選出來的就是NE了。
