is 0.5R^1/2. Let R=9% be the interest rate on the current bond. How much
money will you allocate $30000 wealth on the bond?

我的想法:不太懂這題想問甚麼，是直接說預期利率15%高於債券利率所以不把錢分配到債
券上嗎?那第一行的critical interest rate又是甚麼?
