[vim ] gvim （windows）在 insert mode 時，ctrl + y, ctrl + e 沒

[Xphenomenon (啦 )]

我看 vim documentation：

|i_CTRL-E|      CTRL-E          insert the character which is below the cursor
|i_CTRL-Y|      CTRL-Y          insert the character which is above the cursor

這兩個鍵在我的 gvim 上沒有作用，
在 Linux 上的 vim 就可以，
請問你們有遇過類似的問題嗎？謝謝～
