Consider a case which you have a netlist of differential input stage. I don't think software has the adequate intellegence to convert the netlist to a schematic (i.e. graph) that will match "the differential input stage" on your mind.
What tool might be able to do is to convert the netlist to a schematic that is LVS correct compared to your original netlist. Most likely it will still be hard to intrepret the circuit simply from the coverted schematic. The issue is, the tool does not know what you want to "see."
