: If the answer is YES, then how much is its intrinsic resistance?
: 3.Dose it need an additional pull-up resistor connected to the collector to
: increasing its sourcing ability?
: 4.How much is the turn-on resistance of the output BJT?
: 5.The input impedence for the TTL IC?
: 6.Estimate how fast the IC can switch, with the measured turn-on resistance,
: pull-up resistance and the load ?
