終於在HSPICE的說明書找到POWER這個variable，
要在HSPICE說明書搜尋"total power"這個關鍵字。

HSPICE說明書說它在計算total power的時候是把
所有的的devices、resistors、independent current sources(!?)、
dependent sources的power加起來
(HSPICE Simulation and Analysis User Guide 2004 pp. 7-19)。

但pp. 7-20又說for total power，HSPICE不會加入independent sources
(voltage and current sources)的power，矛盾。

但我自己測試的結果應該是pp. 7-19的independent current sources是寫錯的。
因為我用這個指令所算出的total power與"AVG POWER"算出的power是完全一樣的
(測試程式可以在此串討論第一篇下載)：
.MEASURE TRAN pwr3 AVG PAR('P(XNAND1)+P(XNAND2)+P(XNAND3)+P(XInv1)')

所以HSPICE在算所謂的total power是指消耗在電路上的power。

但為什麼加總sources的total power不等於消耗在電路上的total power？
可能是因為pp. 7-19有說，for semiconductor devices,
HSPICE excludes the power stored in the device junction
or parasitic capacitances。
