翻了一下hspice的menu
In transient analysis, the error message “internal time step too small”
indicates that the circuit failed to converge. The convergence failure
might be due to stated initial conditions that are not close enough to
the actual DC operating point values.
以前我也遇過這個error message
找出來的原因曾有:電路沒接好(floating)
整合sub-circuit時，直流偏壓跑掉
time step調太小
我在除錯時 第二個原因比較常看到
