MOSFET's width and length can be written in the Circuit Description.
For example,
MOSFET's_name drain gate source body MOSFET's_model W=1.25u L=0.6u
It means that the width=1.25um and length=0.6um
Besides,Vt,VA and Cox
If you use Level 1, you should use the following equtions to tune the
parameters in the right hand.
VTH0 = VFB+PHI+K*(PHI)^(1/2)
Cox=CGDO/(0.6*XJ)
But if if you use Level 5 or higher,
you can input these parameters directly.

For version 16.0, I did NOT have time to try them...
