[問題] surge current

請問一下 設一個adapter 對系統 一開始插入的瞬間

會有surge current , 這個surge current的大小是由

1.整個系統的total input capacitors 的容質大小決定

2.還是由整個系統的total input capacitors 的ESR決定?

這可以用理論推算出來嗎?...
