小弟我現在要在電路加上diode
所用的diode是nw_dio
但在跑pre-simulation時都會有錯誤
其錯誤訊息如下:
**error** reference 0:nw_dio(將DW修改後跑模擬的結果)
not found or not correct type for the element model
it was referenced in element 1:dd1
電路原始檔中的diode元件標記如下:
DD1 inp inn DW area=1e-10 pj=4e-05 m=1
我將其中的DW改成nw_dio亦是錯誤
所以我想請板上高手幫我檢查二極體元件應該如何修改
就是DW要怎麼修改才能跑模擬成功?
麻煩有經驗的高手幫忙了
