TurboEngine is a new PC Engine (TurboGrafx16) Emulator for Windows.
Although I didn′t made this emulator specifically for this competition, but
it seems I meet all the requirements and since its fun too so I am submitting
my new PC-Engine/TurboGraFX-16 emulator in here. Its called Turbo Engine. It
is focused on maximum accuracy. Its not much right now but it does have
fairly high compatibility. Other things, including CD-ROM support will be
added in due course of time.
