SS Games Settings Explorer v0.4 is released. SS Games Settings Explorer is a
tool designed to manage the configuration settings of games on the platform
Sega Saturn. The program works with the configuration file "Settings.ini" of
emulator SSF (supported versions, starting with the SSF 011 alpha and above).

SS Games Settings Explorer v0.4 Changelog:
- Added icons flags, reflecting the regional origin of game;
- Title games in ascending order;
- Added context menu (right mouse button on the list);
- Hotkeys ("Enter" - edit the name of the game, "F1" - editing options in the
game, "Ctrl + S" - save the list;
- In the lower right corner displays the number of games in the database;
