MESSinfo.dat v0.143u4 is released. detailed mess game information (including
version added, number of players, game status, cpu/audio chips, display info
and maws hall of fame ratings). Provides Recommended Games for GameEx.
MESSinfo.dat Changelog:
* 1.20 24/08/2011: Added to docs directory, the file "allMESS_WIP". That
lists, version by version, all the additions and changes made; it is a
pre-pre-release with only 7 MESS examined (the first 3 and last 4).
* 1.21 26/08/2011: Aligned file to 0.143u4 version. Fixed some minor errors.
Updated "allMESS_WIP".
