標題[文法] 該用that還是when？

各位板友好，
我自己寫了一個句子，
想請各位板友幫我看一下：
In the winter vacation when i was second grade,
our club held an activitity.
我想要寫的是，在我二年級的那個寒假..(後略)，
那我應該寫：In the winter vacation when i was...
還是：In the winter vacation that i was...，
還是兩者皆可？
